Hate drinking meal placement shakes? Or maybe you're just getting bored with drinking a shake everyday? GOOD NEWS! YOU DON'T HAVE TO DRINK YOUR SHAKE YOU CAN EAT INSTEAD! Here's a yummy Shakeology recipe to get you started, enjoy!
High Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
INGREDIENTS:
4- scoops Chocolate Shakeology
2- cups quick cooking old fashion oats
1/3 cup chopped raw peanuts
1- cup unsweetened vanilla Almond milk
1/2- cup all natural creamy peanut butter
NOW WHAT?
1. Combine Shakeology , oats, & PB in large bowel, mix well.
2. Add almond milk to the PB mixture.
3. Press mixture into 8x8 baking dish; cover & refridge for at least 3 hours.
4. Cut into 12 bars.
Each bar is 1 serving
1-red 2-tsp
